Cryptocurrency payments require more care than traditional payment methods. If you are not familiar with cryptocurrency transfers, we strongly recommend using another available payment method.
Before sending cryptocurrency, always verify:
• The cryptocurrency you are sending
• The required blockchain network
• The receiving address
• The payment amount
• Any additional information required by the payment page
Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
If funds are sent to the wrong address, through an unsupported network, or using the wrong asset, SANETER may not receive or be able to credit the payment. In some cases, the transaction may also be impossible for us to recover.
For this reason, cryptocurrency payments should only be used if you understand how blockchain transfers and network selection work.
If a cryptocurrency payment has been sent but your order has not been credited, please contact support and provide the relevant transaction ID / TXID together with your order information so that we can check the available records.
